Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga is a very powerful Yoga and was only practiced in the caves of India until 1969 when Yogi Bhajan went to The United States to teach the public and create teachers. Kundalini Yoga is different to Hatha Yoga because the effects of the Yoga come much quicker, It is meant for people with busy lives who have less time to meditate each day, and the power behind the exercises can effect somone in a shorter time.

Kundalini means the highest potential of each person, when our kundalini is raised our life is lived to the fullest. It lays dormant until we raise it which mostly happens through Yoga.

Kundalini Yoga is for everyone. It uses many tools: Breath, Postures, Relaxation, Meditation and Mantras. Mantras are words that when spoken touch certain points in the upper palate that create certain effects on the mind, body and spirit.

 Whatever your lifestyle and level if you are a beginner or advanced it does not matter as everyone can practice Kundalini Yoga.
